WHAT'S THE SHIPPING POLICY?

  • CURRENT PROCESSING TIME: 1 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS. 

  • It generally takes 1 - 3 business days to make and prepare most orders for shipment. However, current supply chain delays out of our control have resulted in the need to extend processing times.  Turn-around-time is largely determined by order size and the number of open orders in the queue.  Please consider the estimated processing/shipping time and your needs before ordering.  I care about customer satisfaction and will do my best to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you need your order by a certain date, PLEASE email us at orders@crisncurri.com to let us know. Be sure to include your order number in the email.

  • All domestic orders under $65 are shipped based on current postage rates. Domestic orders over $65 ship for free!

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered upon checkout. Cris n Curri is not responsible for re-delivering packages that are mis-delivered or lost due to an incorrect entry by the buyer. Additionally, Cris n Curri is not responsible for packages after they have been marked "delivered" by the Post Office. This includes lost and stolen packages.  Claims for lost/stolen packages can be filed with the shipping company to launch an investigation. All packages come with insurance. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure someone is able to accept packages on the date of delivery shown on tracking or that packages can be safely left at the delivery location. Please understand that postage delays/other mishaps that may occur after delivery are outside of Cris n Curri's control. We also recommend that packages do not sit too long in the heat to prevent melting.

  • It is vital that you enter all the correct details for your shipping address including apartment or suite numbers where they apply. UPS charges $16.40 (UPS sets this fee) for an address correction of any kind. As wholesalers our profit margins are too low to absorb these costs. Any charges for address corrections or re-shipments will be passed on to the customer if the address provided to us is incorrect in any way.

    Common mistakes are wrong zip codes, lack of road directions (SW, NE etc), lack of "Street", "Avenue", "Terrace" etc after the street name and lack of the apartment/suite/unit numbers associated with the address. Please also be aware of your browser's auto-fill feature and make sure it is not entering incorrect information.

    UPS and FedEx are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses. If you choose UPS Ground with a PO Box provided as the shipping address, we may change the shipping method to UPS SurePost which is delivered by USPS.

    The shopping cart does give you a chance to review your entire order including the address before you check out. Please take that time to ensure your details are correct. The shipping label is generated from the information that you enter on your order.

 

WILL YOU DO COMBINED SHIPPING?

    Yes, if you place 2 separate orders for the same address, I will always combine both orders into one box and refund the shipping overage from the second order. 

     

    WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

    To ensure the quality of our product, we cannot accept returns on hair and skin products or any other product that is considered an open-able cosmetic. This is normal industry practice as well as Florida Health Law. We encourage you to take advantage of our free sample policy to satisfy yourself of the high quality of our products before purchasing larger quantities. This is to ensure that you will like our versions of the fragrances before purchasing a larger amount.

     

    DO YOU OFFER BULK SIZE OPTIONS?

    Yes, we sell 8, 16, and 32 oz options for select products, and gallon sizes for a few oils. Contact us for more info.

    DO YOU HAVE A RECYCLING PRORAM?

    Yes! For Tampa Bay residents only - turn in five empty Cris n Curri containers to receive a free 4oz hair or body butter in return. 

     

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    All products have a shelf life of at least one year. Oil-based products like the Pomade and Hair & Body Oil will last for indefinitely, as long as they don't come in contact with water and are kept out of the sun.

    NATURAL & CRUELTY-FREE

    None of Cris n Curri's products are tested on animals. In addition, all raw materials are purchased from cruelty-free suppliers who are explicitly against animal testing. Each product is made with as many natural ingredients as possible. Emulsifiers and paraben-free preservatives are the only man-made additions, as they are required to maintain product consistency, keep bacteria at bay and extend shelf life. All Silk Amino Acids are vegan and extracted from empty cocoons. We also use organic products whenever possible.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    If a product is purchased and you decide it is not for you, we offer an exchange or store credit on products for 14 days after delivery. The sender is responsible for return postage fees, but we will cover the shipment of the new item to you. All product returns require approval from our customer service department.     •  All of our products are for external use only. Please avoid direct eye contact when using.
    • If you have sensitive skin, do a small skin patch test first before applying to larger areas of the body. Please discontinue use immediately if any irritation or discomforting redness occurs.
    • A few essential oils are not meant to be used on pregnant women or people who have certain health issues. If you are pregnant or health condition(s), please review the ingredients with your doctor to confirm that it is okay to use. 
    • Cris n Curri's products should not be used to treat skin or scalp conditions as an alternative for going to the doctor.
